Good: Excellent medical care. Very personal attention, kind and gentle staff.. Bad: I like everything. Improvements: None. Other: I was with the UCLA medical center, and I was treated like a number. I have a very chronic medical condition, and I couldn't get my old physican for 3 years to see me LESS THAN A WEEK! I would have died. If I drove 25 miles to their emergency, they would DO NOTHING... UNTIL I SAW MY REGULAR UCLA PHYSICAN. Unless i was having a MAJOR HEART ATTACK, I DID'NT GET IMMEDIATE CARE FOR MY CHRONIC LUNG DISEASE... Encino Medical Group and Dr. Bijan WILL SEE ME IMMEDIATELY, NO MATTER WHAT THE EMERGENCY..
