After moving into a walk up apartment on the third floor, I vowed never to move on my own again. Smooth Move was scheduled to be at the apartment between 3-4pm, called at 3pm to let me know they were an hour away and showed up at precisely 4pm. I stood back and pointed to what had to be moved and the guys moved quickly and efficiently, moving a king size bed and heavy sofabed with the greatest of ease down the 3 flights of stairs (and of course without my blood, sweat and tears!). Free insurance, $70 an hour for two guys, huge truck for a minimum two hours. No pain on my side, and my furniture showed up at the house without a scratch.
