Good: My husband is a stickler about cleaning and has a very high expectation. The downstairs maid was great he said she deserves a 5/5 or 10/10.. Bad: The upstairs maid did not get all of the baseboards. She would say she was finished and my husband would go up and find things half-cleaned. The upstairs maid deserves a 3/5 or 7/10.. Improvements: To continue the service, I need people with a high attention to detail.. Other: All in all, the service provided was still much better than any other service I have used. There was just such a difference between the upstairs and the downstairs that the "mediocre" cleaning stood out..
