I've owned 2 BMW's, had my car serviced at several dealerships, and Elan Haim at Nick Alexander is DEFINITELY the best service adviser I have ever had. He was kinder and much more informative than any adviser I have had at any dealership, be it Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, or Century West. Elan gets 5 stars by himself-everyone should go to him.
