I just have to sing the praises of this auto shop...my car was kept there for over a week and a half and every time I called, John let me know as best he could what was going on with my car. It turned out to be quite a nightmare, with me picking up my car one time, and it didn't start. John refunded my money immediately. They kept it for a few more days and I was able to pick it up again...this time, within 24 hours it had died again. John helped me get the car towed back to the shop, and the next day with a new alternator installed it was ready to go. I had questions about being charged twice for an unfixed issue, and John allowed me to take my car without payment so that he could do some research. Unfortunately, I was told that the whole amount was due, which I had a hard time understanding, since the issue was not solved the first time. I then spoke with Dave, the owner, who agreed with me and advised that I was indeed paid in full with no further payment required. These are the type of people you want working on your vehicle. John never charged me for work that was not done, he was honest in telling me what the issues were and what it might mean for my pockets. Dave was more than understanding and really listened when I explained my position regarding payment. At the end of it all, I feel as though not only did I receive exceptional service even with all the issues, I felt as though they respected me and went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. My car was returned to me washed, and running wonderfully. I will be using them again, I will be recommending them to anyone I know and am proud to give this shop a 5 star rating. It is one thing to have car problems, it is another to have the shop you take it to go through it with you and actually CARE what the outcome is. This shop is one of a kind in my opinion...no need to look anywhere else, no need to shop prices, they put their best out there and stand behind everything they do. I just can't thank them enough!!
