I have never experienced such rude service. The person answering the phones was extremely rude. I used this cab company in the past prior to my move to New Orleans..now that I live here and know there are other, much better options, I will never use this company again. My friends and I waited for over an hour and a half and no one ever showed up. When we called to check on the status, we are again greeted with rudeness and impolitness. I have never experienced such poor customer service.
