We bought our Van from Bertera Dodge in 2005 and had a very good experience. Since then we have used them for all of our repairs and oil changes. The servicemen are all knowledgeable and friendly. Bertera also offers a great service where they will drive you home after you drop you car off and pick you back up again for free. The pricing is average, they are also honest about when a part needs to be replaced or if it can wait until a later date, which saved me a lot this past time. They also automatically do a recall check on your vehicle every time you bring it in.
