Check out time was 11, and when my friend and I arrived at 1:30 on the day we were to check in, the guy at the front desk wasn't sure if our room was clean or not. He sent us up to the room with a key and we walked in on a guy in his underwear who hadn't checked out yet. Other than that, no problems at all.
