Good: on site parking is adequate. Bad: there is NO super for on site problems. Dogs bark and no one cares, they are not allowed in lease, but morgan property doesnt care. Car alarms go off all nite, and office does not respond. POLICE are called often. Doors to bldg. do not close or lock. halls are dirty, Snow is not removed as in brochure, until midday adfter you have to shovel outr walkway to car. Improvements: Leaks are not repaired right away. toilet problem took two months to repair. Office does not pass on complaints to tenants when dogs are barking or car alarms go off all nite. Other: Interest on security deposit is not disclosed to tenants for 5 years.
