Everyone -- front desk, bell staff, housekeeping -- made our stay a wonderful one, and I have already been telling friends around the world to choose the Renoir when they come to San Francisco, and I have been telling local friends in the Bay Area to tell their friends and organizations that it is a great place to recommend for out of town guests and conference accommodations.Even the remodeling that was going on while we were there was carried out in a guest-friendly way -- everyone was always aware of guests' need to come and go with minimal disruption. Of course, we love the building, too -- such a great building! Congratulations on building such a wonderful staff!
