Pretty good customer service. Dress was the perfect dress so I had to get it. One more hint, I like the various sizes! There were a lot of plus sized gowns. And if you are a plus sized girl, then you know that most plus sized gowns are not very pretty, but I fell in love with 4 out of the 17 above 20 size that were pretty. That is very rare. So i recommend plus sized girls to def. shop here!
