My haircut was not even, or gentle in appearance. I went back to get it fixed, but they told me I didn't really know what I wanted, they didn't know how to fix it, and that I should style it. I told them the first time around that I do not style my hair. The stylist tried to 'texturize' it to make it gentler, but it looks the same to me. Admittedly, I'm not a girl's girl and don't style my hair. Also, they DID offer to fix it for free - even though it wasn't fixable.
