Good: Did work quickly. Bad: They tried to sell me a bunch of services for my car that I didn't ask for. I went in for winter tires, and they wanted to change me an addition $400 for engine flush, etc.. Improvements: Avoid high pressure sales tactics of trying to sell a bunch of non-tire related maintenance services. It comes across as dishonest.. Other: Mechanic calls me, "man you should see this sludge!" My car is a diesel, and the oil is always dirty. De-sludging is a snake oil remedy I've read!.
