Customer service is clearly not their main objective. I'll excuse the fact that I waited by my car for 10 min before someone greeted me...however, we took our vehicle to CAMP to have Chevy recall work done. The 1st appointment, they did not have the necessary parts but still tore the car apart. The 2nd appointment, they did the recall work, however now there are indicator lights on. They refuse to acknowledge that these were NEVER on prior to their work. They also refuse to look into without charging us a minimum of $105 for diagnostics. Our reliable and trusted independent mechanic tells us that they likely damaged our car's control module in the process of their recall work, but that it will be hard to prove. Of course this is a part that can only be replaced at a dealership. Seems like more than a coincidence. All we want is our car to be returned to the condition it was in before they touched it!!
