I walked into pagecomm and i was approached. As soon as i said im just looking for an upgrade. The guy says let me know when you are ready to buy a phone. He was rude and i asked for the manager and he took his employee's side stating that if you dont like it , go to another store. We only help customers that do new activations. I have lodged a complaint to T-mobile also about this.
