I have never been to a Chiropractor in my life until recently. I had a herniated disc in my lower back and was in considerable pain. My brother-in-law had been going to see Dr. Nevin Rosenberg at Go Health Chiropractic for several years and encouraged me to go. My first appointment was an initial assessment and I was very nervous, and unsure if Chiropractic could or would help my pain. I had three appointments in the first week and by the end of that week my pain had lessened to the point that I could work again. I was able to walk, and decreased the number of painkillers I was taking. I continued my care, and saw so much progress I was able to stop taking all painkillers. I was also able to take Aquasize classes twice weekly. Without Chiropractic I would not have made the progress that I did, and would not have been able to resume my normal life. I will continue to recommend Dr. Rosenberg, Go Health Chiropractic and Chiropractic in general to all my friends and family.
