Good: The weather the day I traded in my van. Bad: Service, attitudes, the fact my trade in hasn't been paid off in 3 months, the lies, the avoidance, being put on the back burner, the push around, the employees, must I continue??. Improvements: The business structure, attitude of employees. Shouldn't the customer come first? Shouldn't cars that the dealership have now from a trade in be paid off, or is it normal for me to be paying on my car and theirs??. Other: RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!.
