Contacted the office to get my 7 month daughter in for an appointment due to an acute reaction she was having. Called and was told that the nurses had to triage the calls before an appt can be made. Nurse called and asked what was going on and said she would call back. Then never did! I finally received a call from Dr. Pierce who was rude and belligerent with me when I told her about the poor service we received! Very disappointed. Have made complaint to American Academy of Pediatrics!
