I appreciate that ATT is the "big dog", but they are not impressing me any time I have been in one of their stores. Spent half hour waiting for service about 6 months ago when I had to buy a new phone after mine was stolen. Then went back today to try to buy a new phone and all the guy could do was ask me question after question, yet never listen to my answers! I had a plan for a Christmas gift and he would only recite protocol. Well, my protocol now is to go talk to Verizon! more
