Good: Superb service offered by a breathing human instead of the Connect 4 questionnaire on a web page telling me what I what my insurance premium will be. Ken answered all of my questions and even managed to get double the auto coverages vs what I had through Progressive for about $7 more a month, and blew their homeowners quote out of the water with a third of what they quoted me.. Bad: I do miss being able to manage my policies and billing online, but not to the tune of $1500 a year more for what Progressive wanted.. Improvements: None! Ken was "A grade", top notch professionalism through and through.. Other: Going through B&P was akin to learning a secret to life. I sent my friend over to them and Ken was able to help him out as well..
