Good: Place was clean and looked very orginized walking in the door. Was pleased and felt comfortable.. Bad: The front end staff!!!!! Receptionist was unfriendly, and rude to the point of almost belligerent. Also didn't know about Met-Life insurance not having cards and going by a policties SS# as they account number. While this is forgivable somewhat (although Met-life is a large company and shouldn't be the only person going their useing it) arguing with the customer is NOT. Clearly not the image that Aspen was looking to portray.. Improvements: I hate to say it but get rid of the receptionist. Lets face it, this is a costomer service their is other dentist out there. When I come in and feel second rate I am looking to go else where plain and simple. When I walk in to a building the first person should set the mood for my entire visit. Fortunately for aspen I was in need and they happen to be their, when I go again if service hasn't changed, I will be going else where and strongly recomending my friend to never go there!. Other: Receptionist should know their job and be their to wait on the customers HAND and FOOT like you were in a resturant. As for the rest of the staff didn't have any other problems. Didn't have to deal with billing so can't validate the other claims. In short, I will go back maybe. Although, definatly going to look into going to a diffrent location if front end personal dosen't attitude adjustment and realize that the customer is always your first priority..
