I have been a patient at Northside Hospital for over 20 Years. I recently lost my husband on the atlanta campus and am sad to say Northside Hospital has turned for the worst. I went to medical records to get some assistance on my late husband's records. The young lady at the front desk could not answer my questions so she went and got a manger name Janet who was rude, inpatient and rushing me to leave the office. She avoided my questions and didn't provide me with any assistance. She was also chewing gum while she was talking to me.She didn't even show compassion. This is unprofessional conduct .. I will have to find a person who can assist me with my questions. I wouldn't take my dog to that place. This hospital has gone down in customer service. I will call piedmont hospital to see if they can help answer my questions about records.
