When I called to complain that a 10 inch long section of hair in front of right ear was chopped off which I didn't notice until I got home and asked for a refund the owner, Bernie, did not want to discuss it, did not ask me to come in so he could take a look, he just hung up on me. It will take at least 2 years for the missing hair to grow back. If you value your hair do not patronize this business!.
