First.."oh..we have to reschedule, we're short handed in your area." Then.."we have a new policy, someone has to come check the home out, see how many techs will be needed and how long it will take, then we can come clean your vents." Even though I had their coupon for $50 for the same 10 vents they've done for how long? They still needed to check it out first...BS. If you don't want to honor your coupons, don't issue them!!!! I'll tell everyone I know to not use this company!! They don't deserve the star but I was required to rate them..
