Gordon was one of two specialist that came for the final install on Friday after Thanksgiving. They were on time and very polite. They made sure to put down protective covering on the floor and steps. They worked efficiently, quickly, and quietly. They asked if I had any questions and answered them if a clear and concise manner. They cleaned up the area and went over the workings of the thermastat. They even fixed one of the vents I was having trouble with closing.
