The only Chevy dealer around willing to find the truck I wanted, my salesperson Debra was great. It's also the place where I service my truck, which because of it's size I could no longer do at my regular local mechanic, who recommended them to me. They are always very professional and helpful, and their shuttle service is great.
If I have one suggestion for a better service experience, it would be this: While they are always very professional, I often feel that I'm dealing with a big company, and I don't usually get the feeling that they know me and my vehicle, which I miss after coming over from a smaller local shop. If they could take the time to review my service history before or when I come for an appointment, we could talk about the service needs in a more collaborative way, and make recommendations and decisions based on mutual knowledge. As it is now, it feels like all the info. has to come from my side, which is a lot of pressure on me if I'm very busy. I would like to be able to discuss my vehicle service history and needs in a better way.
