I had my wood pellet stove installed in January of 2011. Since then I have had to replace the igniter. The third week of October my husband called to schedule cleaning appointment, they toke his information and said they would have someone call him back to set up the appointment. About week went by and no one called, he called again and said the same thing they told him that they would have someone call him back to schedule an appointment. This went for about four weeks until I finally decided to call myself. I called and spoke to a young man and explained what has been happening and he assured me that he would have someone call me be back right away, he kept his word. A woman called about 20 minutes latter I believe her name was Dena, not a very nice person at all she proceeded to finally scheduling an appointment for the 2nd week of December. I told her that we have been waiting for four weeks and that it wasn’t right that we still have to wait an additional four weeks before they will come over. I told her that their customer service was terrible; I also proceeded to let her know that I was going to call the Better Business Burial and put in a complaint and she did not care.
