After the purchase we found a discrepancy in the price we had agreed upon with our salesman and the actual price we paid. When I went back in to talk to them about it I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales managers reply was basically it was in the paperwork, you signed it, were not changing it. There was no attempt at an apology for the misunderstanding, not even an offer for a free oil change or car wash. They only care about fine print and the bottom line. Once they have your money you can kiss customer service goodbye.
