I do not recommend Koons. Service team did incomplete when I took my car in for warranty work, then refused to correct the problem when I brought it to their attention. Basically the issue was a loose wire that was causing my battery to drain ... they fixed the wiring, but refuse to replace the battery. Now that it is getting cold ... my car doesn't start in the morning :-( more
