More of cheap disposal labor staffing agency. Ultimate staffing *claims* to have on the job training - NOT. The wage they quote to temps and what they actually pay is lower. The jobs they send temps to for one of their *clients*,hurl temps into a job and expect them to perform miracles without adequate training/ draining the temps dry, then on to the next temp.. Ultimate staffing does not communicate nor does the client with one another thoroughly on job hours, job content, days needed. Do not go here for any kind of job placement. All Ultimate Staffing cares about is the price value of each temp they will make from one of their *clients*, and the *client* only cares about cheap disposal labor they can use. This staffing agency literally gives employees the staff !
