a large mirror in our home developed serious problems, causing large black areas to appear wherever their adhesive had been applied to the silver finish to adhere it to the drywall. This happened twice in a 7 year period and they now refuse to replace it and we are left with a wall with huge gouges in it needing repairs and no mirror. They deny responsibility and will not honor their word. Not to be trusted. I will never use them again.
