I had Clear for a year and finally had to cancel because the service and signal were so poor. I bought a new Mac and it would not even work for the wireless connection. Canceling was a nightmare! They would not prorate my last month ($44.99) even though I cancelled on the first day of my next billing cycle. They also wanted to charge me a $40 dollar fee for ending my contract a year early even though their internet DID NOT WORK! I talked to nine people today and finally was told that someone would call me in the next 3 to 5 days to decide if they will charge me the full amount for my final bill. DO not use Clear!
