I was referred to Benchmark by the folks at Kent Brown Toyota to have a remote starter installed on my FJ Cruiser. I apprehensively contacted Benchmark - not an authorized Toyota installation center - and was pleased with the quick response to my needs. Installation (2 weeks ago) was quick (less than 2 hours) and professional. So far, the unit I purchased works GREAT! The staff assured me that I only needed to return with any issues I might have with the installed product. I am confident that they would correct any problems; however, to date, none have shown up.
