Me and my companion have been using this agency for 3 years and we have never had any problems. Actually the agency has worked with us on several occassions whereas we didn't have all the money and she put it up for us. I don't know who wrote that other review but it is obviously not true and people shouldn't writing things that are untrue. Anyway, she is planning our honeymoon as has given us great pricing for next year. Kudos to GINAS CRUISES!!!
