Good: Friendly and personable. Seemed interested in the quality of the service and outcome...they didn't just clean the carpets.. Bad: The fact my dog made a mess of my carpets. Other: Their machine really heats the water so the carpets were dry within a few hours. We were walking on the carpets immediately with some little "booties" they provided..
