Good: Initially we dealt with Lisa and she was the greatest, even when we went back a week later for a problem I did not know how to correct. She was the most helpful person and told us to come back if we have anymore problems or questions.. Bad: About a couple of weeks later, my phone started to do some strange things, like for my current home it went to New Calindonia time and Noumea time and would not go back for a couple of days. We went on line and talked to the tech service, and they told us to go back to the store and have them fix the current city. We tried but was told by Tiara that is the way the HTC is and does, and did not even look at the e-mail from the tech service.. Improvements: More people to answer questions and so forth and not just to have 1 phone person on duty, and to train your people not to just brush off a customer and tell them it is just they way the phone is. I don't know if I want to continue to do business with Best Buy at this point in time. We have purchased all our electronics there, but makes me wonder.. more
