Unbelievably bad customer service. I wonder how this company is still in business. They do not respond to inquiries from customer's accounts (when logged into the online system), they do not return calls back, different locations have no records of calls made to other Amerigas offices. They are non-responsive when asked to deliver propane unless you are signed up for automatic delivery. You cannot get through to a human to ask billing questions. Our neighbors have had similar experiences. It's just unbelievable how crappy their service is.
