I had scheduled a grooming appointment this morning, 10/6/2011 and a follow up vet appointment next door at 4:30PM. I thought, "oh this is great! Drop my dogs off before work and pick them up at after work, walk next door and get a check-up". Well, upon arrive, I was told by the two women at the front desk "you canceled your appointment and we are booked for the day and have no room." Obviously I did not cancel my own appointment with knowing. So, I was polite and left. I did receive a follow-up phone call to explain that it was an accident and when the vet booked the appointment it deleted my grooming appointment. I was also told that I would not have been able to see the vet after the grooming as they do not like to inspect skin issues on a freshly washed dog. However, when I spoke to the vet on the phone, I was told they wanted the dog shaved in order to actually see the skin, so too bad for that excuse. She offered to re-book me on Monday (4 days from now). Too bad I already lost 2 hours of work and dumped the gas in my ram 2500 and nothing to show for it. First and last impression: No communication via the 2 business, low customer care priority, and scatterbrained organization.
