While calling to make an appointment to re-engage in annual check-ups, I was told by a VERY rude staff (Tammy) that they have decided that since I don't care about my health, that they don't either and they were dropping me as a client. Ironic that this determination was made when I was calling to re-engage in annual care. However, she consistently interriputed me, spoke over me and had no desire to listen to me (the patient). Dr. Cleary obvisouly hires the wrong staff and I can't imagine that this isn't hurting his practice. See other reviews for a consistent theme of poor staff.
