I have received three tattoos from Pedro and my wife has had one done by him too at the Council Bluffs location. We are both very pleased with the work. The business is clean and they are good people. The work he did on my WWII design is outstanding and I have had a number of comments about it. I plan to return soon for my 4th tat.
