The worst for Customer Service! 1/22/2011

Good: I was initially attracted to the showroom & a couple of reviews.. Bad: I live over 2 hours away and called them at approx. 4:00p to which they close at 6:00p. I was told they "are too busy to answer a couple of questions about a particular vehicle". To call on Monday morning and "Scott" would then answer my questions. I can only assume that since I wasn't ready to come in person my business meant NOTHING to them. Well, good for them, they are so busy that my business meant nothing to this salesperson named Scott.. Improvements: When I called back and spoke to the female "receptionist" I was told that they had "a few people in the place" and that she also didn't have the information to answer my questions.. Other: They lost out on my business, and get this bad, bad, bad, review from me. Also, anyone I know who is looking for a car will be told NOT to deal with this business...by the way, I am a female. Hm Does that have anything to do with the completely unprofessional service I received? I'll leave that conclusion up to the readers of this review!. more
