Good: I have shopped at this store over 15 years this is my first complaint and i will make sure I talk to the manager. I can tell you all about her dinner and how she did not have enough chicken and how she was going to heb to buy more. I was patient through the whole phone call and got treated like I was the problem.. Bad: employee on personal phone call, gave her my crown reward card and and asked her if she scanned it and she said yes and she looked at the receipt as she gave to me. I went out to my car and noticed it and went back in the store and told her and she said you must not have given it to me. an another employee tried to fix it and could not but said she did and only rang .43cents instead of 38.00 never said they were sorry,. Improvements: I would like to feel important as a customer! The first employee came right out and lied to me and she knew it. she was so busy on her personal phone call that I had to ask for my ten dollars back in change and she said i knew it, i was going to give it to you but she had to open her cash registar to get it.. Other: I was never offered an apology! The employee came out and said you must have not give it to me. This is bad customer service and I have been in this field a very long time. She tought I was to stupid to notice on my receipt no member number... more
