The Car-X at 16th and Shadeland. A belt they replaced broke after 2 weeks. Obviously it was still under warranty, as was clearly stated in the packet they give you after your car is serviced. When I took it back, Jack, the "manager", wanted to charge me again. Then he it necessary to insult me and was very aggressive in trying to convince me that I was trying to take advantage of their shop by wanting them to honor their warranty. Totally unprofessional and, in my opinion, dishonest. I would save yourself the trouble and just go a few blocks down the street to Midas...or at least somewhere else.
