I adopted an older dog, and one month after taking her in she began to get sick and I was referred to Friendship. I have read the other reviews, and really can't believe the experiences of others, because mine was the exact opposite. The very first night I took her there when I thought we were having an emergency, they told me she was stable, and to take her home and bring her back to her scheduled app the next morning because they didn't want to charge me unnecessary costs and didn't charge me anything. From that point forward for the next 4 weeks we tried multiple treatments because she wasn't getting better, she would start to get better and then get worse again - but the entire time they were supportive and helpful and every single person I interacted with was kind and considerate.
