My computer had pop-up windows all over the place which basically made it useless.
I called Edge Computer Repair and talked to Sam and he said I had a virus.
I'm unemployed at the moment and not in the best financial shape and couldn't afford to bring it somewhere to get it fixed. I told him this and he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me giving me a list of things to try to fix it myself. I felt like an ass calling back later for more help but he didn't seem to mind. My computer is now back up & running and I just wanted to express how grateful I am for Sam's patience and selfless attitude!
