He once "measured" my leg lengths by having me sit in a chair with legs forward while he put the edge of a clipboard against the bottoms of my feet and sighted by eye. It was obvious to me that this was pathetically inaccurate, but he claimed that one leg was shorter and cut out a piece of thick foam to put under my heel in my shoe. I later had a proper leg length comparison done at a sportsmedicine center. The leg that Osborne told me was shorter is actually longer.
