Andy the manager was a joy to deal with, he was willing to go out of this way to make us happy and took care of even a small issue that very moment. Great staff, great hotel and that's why we stay there everytime we shop Birch Run. We've stayed in muhc more expensive 4-5 stars hotels where I was not as satisfied as I am with ther service I recieved from Andy and his staff. We'll be back.
