Based on my first and last experience - #1 order in person obtaining a copy of your order/details #2 make sure you pick up the cake to confirm it matches #1. #3 arrive early so they can fix it. Staff efforts to complete the order in a professional manner appreciated but not impressed by the reputation I had heard from friends and what I experienced. Cake was half moist, half dry per slice, frosting was complimented by guests. Would rather support a small local bakery that can execute details, design and a realistic number of orders with excellent customer service.
