I came in with a long plant list and a significant budget for a large backyard project. Once I found a sales person she actually refused to show me the plants when she discovered I was working with a landscape contractor. She told me she would not show me the plants because Plant Depot made less money when a customer worked with a contractor and it was up to him to spend his time showing me around. I told her I work long hours and have small children and I could not come back another time- I was already spending the precious few saturday hours there, She walked away. I was so shocked I tool my significant list and left. I should have called the manager or sent a letter but I just took my business elsewhere. Too bad- the plants looked nice.
