I purchased 3 pieces of furniture last June. Upon arrival, the chaise had 5 holes in the fabric about the size of a dime each. I immediately called while the deliverymen were still in my house. Instead of taking the piece back, the salesperson said they would send someone to look at it to fix it. Two months later, a repair person looked at it & said they needed to order a part. I called repeatedly from August 2009 until April 2010 before someone confirmed that they would order a replacement fabric. I am still waiting for it to be installed, and it has been over a year since my original purchase. They say they will get back to you, but they don't. Also, the couch and chair I bought are of very poor quality. The pillows and cushions do not stay plump, and the sides of the couch are bowing. I will never buy from this retailer again!!!!!!! more
